Deposits on courses, lesson programs and parties are non refundable.  For lessons, 4 hrs notice is required to cancel a lesson and receive a make-up.  Once booked, there are no make-ups for make-up lessons.  

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Boarding using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Boarding directly. Sagehill Stables is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
